Dressing for Winter - (Flannel Story)
This is how we dress on a cold Winter's day.
We put on our snowsuits to go out to play.
Then we put on our boots for walking in the snow.
Next, our hats and our mittens.
'Cause the wind begins to blow.
And now we're all ready to go out and play.
We'll stay nice and warm on this cold Winter day.
CINNAMON DOUGH
1 tablespoon all spice
1 tablespoon nutmeg
¾ cup cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground cloves
1 cup applesauce
Mix ingredients in a large bowl. To use, roll out dough and cut with cookie cutters. Poke a hole at the top of each shape. Place shapes on a baking sheet covered with waxed paper. Air dry for several days, turning often.
