My childhood friend has her own web page and every time I visit, I fall in love with her all over again. She is a gem, a talented artist and loyal friend. Please visit when time allows you; it's sooooo worth the trip.
Beauty for the eye to behold.
I love you T.
PEACE

Okay, so I have a question for you. I recently attended a parenting meeting where another parent (a Montessori teacher) explained that the Montessori approach is not in tune with attachment parenting (are you familiar with this? gentle, connected parenting). Anyway, I'm currently reading Raising Your Amazing Child (which shows parents how to bring the Montessori approach into the home), and my understanding of Montessori is different . . . encourage a child to serve himself and be independent but also nurture the child and connect with him . . . what are your thoughts? I would love to hear from you since you also teach/parent with Montessori in mind.
Hi Jessica, last night I tried to respond to this here in my comments section and after typing what should have been a post in length, blogger deleted it saying it was too large....grrr...obviously I have things to say on this topic. If you would like me to answer your question I can do it one of two ways. As a MM post or via email directly to you. Please comment and let me know which you would prefer. Thanks J
ps I know it says I am 'Robin'but I am not.
It's me, Jennifer Howard aka Montessori Mama
