Montessori education information from a Montessori teacher and Mom. Personal art work and journal entries about my life as a busy Mom of three sons ranging in age from 7 years to 21 years. I don't know about the scanner, but your work is really inspiring me this week!
Gorgeous - speaks to me of care, friendship, and unconditional love and affection.
ooooh-- I missed some good stuff whilst I was gone!
Hiya,
I've done a bit of searching, and your scanner line is probably caused by dust. Try giving your scanner surface a really good clean, make sure there are no specks on the glass. Scan and see if that has fixed it.
If that doesn't work, there are two routes available to you:
Hardware: You need to clean inside your scanner too. Look up your model on the manufacturers website and find out how to clean it. You might need one of those small canisters of compressed air.
Software: download something like Paint.NET and correct your line using the clone tool. If you want to try this and aren't sure, give us a shout and I'll send you some more detailed instructions
This is a summary of what I found on the web, you might want to do your own search and see if I have missed something.
Loving your blog :)

Tess You ROCK! It's fixed. Thank you so much! Why I didn't think of DUST in this house is beyond me? Ha Ha!
And many thanks to ALL of you who emailed me or commented about my art work. It is very much appreciated.
